Preferences and saved questions
Your appearance preference and History Lab questions you choose to save are stored in your browser's local storage. This can include names and notes you type. The publication does not send these saved questions to MCO, a model provider or a market-data provider. Anyone using that browser profile may be able to read them.
Use the Lab's saved-question controls to remove individual questions, or clear this site's browser storage to remove its saved questions and preferences. This does not delete copies you have made elsewhere.
What a page request sends
The public edition is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes connection information such as your IP address, requested URL, time and browser request headers to deliver and protect the site. We cannot promise that the hosting provider keeps no logs.
The application includes no analytics, advertising pixels, account service or submission form. If those services are introduced, this notice must be updated before they are activated. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for its processing practices.
Links and research records
Charts read frozen files from the same site; they do not contact market-data providers on page load. Following an external source link takes you to another publisher, whose privacy policy applies there. Avoid putting personal information in shared research URLs.
